Refund Policy

At WeDo-Good, we deeply appreciate every donation and contribution made to support our mission of empowering children and families affected by violence and human trafficking. Because donations are used to fund life-changing community projects and essential resources, we treat them as non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur and will make every effort to address them with integrity and compassion.
1. Donation Refunds
WeDo-Good generally does not offer refunds on donations. However, if you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction, wrong amount), please contact us within 7 calendar days of the donation date. Refund requests received after this period may not be honored.
To request a refund, please provide:

2. Event or Program Fees
If you register for a paid event, retreat, or program hosted by WeDo-Good, the following refund policy applies:

Full refund: Available if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the event start date.

Partial refund (50%): Available if cancellation is requested 7–13 days before the event.

No refund: Requests made less than 7 days before the event may not be honored due to pre-arranged costs.
You may request your registration to be transferred to another person at no additional cost if done before the event.
3. Merchandise or Physical Products
If you purchase merchandise (e.g., shirts, books) from WeDo-Good:

Refunds or exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery, only if the item is defective or damaged.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived in poor condition.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
